In this episode, I spoke to Chris Hildrey, Architect turned social entrepreneur
I’m gonna be honest with you. Editing this episode was not easy – because the amount of wisdom that Chris had in store for us was very difficult to keep track of. Nearly every sentence that came out of his mouth was of immense value for young architectural practitioners.
Chris recently has had huge success with his project called Proxy Address, which is a database and social enterprise he created to help homeless people integrate back into society. And the way he did it is incredibly smart and innovative.
But what’s even more surprising is that he was educated and continues to practice as an architect. I don’t know anyone better than Chris at proving that architects have the potential to be multidisciplinary change-makers. I learned so much from Chris that we had to do 2 episodes.
You’re listening to episode 10.1 of the Two Worlds Design podcast and I’m your host, Hamza Shaikh.
