SSH lands role on Ellington Views scheme in Ras Al Khaimah

Emirati developer Ellington Properties has appointed Gulf-based consultant SSH as lead consultant on its Ellington Views I & II residential towers in Ras Al Khaimah.
SSH will provide design consultancy for architectural, engineering, and landscape design.
The four towers overlooking the Al Hamra Golf Course will occupy a 23,200-sq-m beachside plot.
Podiums will provide above-ground parking without basements.
The ground floor has a beach pavilion with lounges and a caravan station.
SSH said residents “can revel in the harmonious blend of natural shapes, warm colours, and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection”.
