Offsite Construction Week
Organisers of the influential Offsite Expo and Offsite Awards have partnered with industry leaders with the specific goal of inspiring strategic collaboration across the offsite construction sector. A UK first, Offsite Construction Week will bring together clients, manufacturers, developers, architects, specifiers, project managers, legislative and accrediting bodies for a week-long series of events, debates, and discussions on how to accelerate sector growth by removing current barriers to MMC implementation. Offering unrivalled access to leading industry pioneers, demonstrators, dynamic factory tours, thought-provoking roundtable discussions and CPD-accredited masterclasses, , Offsite Construction Week is taking place from 16-20 September 2024 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. The programme will revolve around three major industry events – Offsite Expo, the International Offsite Summit and Offsite Awards, with a wide range of parallel activities taking place in the UK and overseas. Registered delegates are invited to attend factory torus at the UK manufacturing sites of prominent offsite business on 16th, 19th and 20th September.
Advisory Board
We’re delighted to share that our very own Alison Nicholl, Head of Constructing Excellence, will be supporting Offsite Construction Week on the Advisory Board.
The newly-formed Advisory Group to Offsite Construction Week will create a set of objectives for successfully expanding the application of offsite construction methods and technologies, ensuring that every stakeholder’s perspective is reflected in the resulting strategy. The Advisory Group comprises 20 of the most well-informed and respected industry figures at the forefront of offsite innovation from pioneering companies and industry bodies. Together, these industry leaders will curate the Offsite Expo Masterclasses, roundtable debates and events that take place throughout the five days of Offsite Construction Week.

Offsite construction is changing the norms for contractors, developers, architects, engineers and specifiers. Speeding up the construction process, ushering in new levels of quality control, improving building energy efficiency and providing much more consistency between the design and the end product – these are just some of the advantages routinely associated with offsite construction.
